Halcyon House
Inspired by European coastal villas and with a distinctly Mediterranean feel, Halcyon House on Cabarita Beach is a relaxed yet luxurious boutique hotel located just 15 minutes south of Gold Coast Airport. Completely refurbished by award-winning architect Virginia Kerridge with interiors styled by Anna Spiro, this is a truly unique property with a cool, coastal style.
Each of the 21 rooms and suites have been individually and exquisitely appointed. Walls are upholstered in luxurious fabrics imported from England, creating a decadent backdrop for hand-picked furnishings, treasures and art from around the globe, including John Derian sofas, Madeline Weinrib rugs and drawings by Wayne Pate.

Paper Daisy Restaurant
The poolside restaurant Paper Daisy, was named after the distinctive wildflower on Norrie’s headland and has a menu created around the bespoke wood fired grill and an organic kitchen. With one of Australia’s most promising young chefs Ben Devlin (Queensland’s Chef of Year 2014, ex Noma and Esquire) leading the kitchen, the ethos that drives the restaurant is one of sophisticated simplicity, producing dishes that are satisfying, thoughtful and deeply memorable.
